During Phase-1, we implemented our tried and tested framework for success, which involved conducting a Discovery and Strategy phase to gain a comprehensive understanding of Tech Vedika’s business, marketing, and sales processes, specifically pertaining to the positioning of their technology services in the US market.

Discovery: Gap Identification Through Analysis
To gain insights into Tech Vedika’s existing processes, we conducted an ecosystem review that included evaluating the online brand positioning, marketing and sales strategies, user journey flow, and lead-capturing process of both internal and external stakeholders.

After completing a gap analysis, we shifted our focus to developing a solution based on our findings. We identified and prioritized the critical areas that would position Tech Vedika in the US market, including transforming their solutions into a product for a more targeted positioning and generating a consistent revenue stream.

To accomplish this, we consolidated Tech Vedika’s AI, ML, Vision, and Analytics solutions into a single product called TechVision+. TechVision+ enables companies to create safer and more secure workplaces for their people, places, and assets.

To position TechVision+ effectively, we created unified branding and collateral, marketing, and sales strategies that would make a positive impact on potential customers’ perceptions.

Tech Vedika’s Technology Solutions were transformed into TechVision+, a consolidated product that provides advanced AI, ML, Vision, and Analytics capabilities to create safer and more secure workplaces for people, places, and assets.

To elevate the customer’s imagination, we developed a brand narrative that effectively communicates TechVision+’s capabilities and unique value proposition. We created clear positioning through critical messaging, ensuring that potential customers understand the benefits and features of TechVision+.

To reach customers effectively, we developed a comprehensive Go-To-Marketing strategy that includes targeted customer outreach, social media engagement, and content marketing. We also developed a workflow for sales and outbound leads to drive demand generation, ensuring that TechVision+ reaches the right people at the right time.

Finally, we created a consistent stream of revenue by optimizing pricing and offering flexible subscription plans that cater to the specific needs of different customer segments. This allows Tech Vedika to generate revenue consistently and sustainably.
